I Talk

by George Hoerner

I speak to you every day
You may not hear it
I speak very low
It’s nearly inaudible

But I tell you all those little
little-things that ran
Through my mind
For the past ?? years

No, I will not repeat
Them here or to you
I believe you may
Understand in any case

I’ve said enough already
So the rest will be in
My own special language

“As?GLmcs;flgn’d;Fklj”
“As’lvjsdogjpowdigkjasgf!!”
“Sdilhqwe’lj?”

Ha! Great piece on communication, George. I swear, we all hear something different from the same thing said. Funny humans.

Love the combination of serious "from the heart" and humour at the end. Nice work George.

There was only one way to follow "So the rest will be in My own special language" and you NAILED it!!! take that, Google Translate. :)

The language of love, to outsiders has always been indecipherable. It's something only participants can comprehend. And if they are lucky will speak it at will in amounts too abundant to measure. Somehow I feel I comprehend this ode, George, on the mark, as usual.
