revolve. by Andrew S Adamsi am
floating in an
amniotic swirl;
falling
between evolutionary shift
and
a tectonic disturbance;
we are
creating
an infancy; a
moment
in space, never to be
created
again; without
falling
against the wrath of
the stellar tides;
oceanic tranquility
surpassed only in
violent beauty by
rebirth and
end times;
who will be the martyr for this
generation?

Posted by Kristina Woodhill on 10/04/06 at 01:44 AM This feels very cosmic, almost 2001 Space Odyssey - I like it a lot. I don't get the question at the end, how it relates, although the question certainly provokes thought. Nice piece. |
Posted by Michelle Angelini on 10/04/06 at 03:22 AM Andrew, CONGRATULATIONS ON POTD! I agree with Kristina, it does have a Space Odyssey feeling about it. Strange and eerie, but completely forthright in its message.
