revolve.

by Andrew S Adams

i am
floating in an
amniotic swirl;
falling
between evolutionary shift
and
a tectonic disturbance;
we are
creating
an infancy; a
moment
in space, never to be
created
again; without
falling
against the wrath of
the stellar tides;
oceanic tranquility
surpassed only in
violent beauty by
rebirth and
end times;
who will be the martyr for this
generation?

Excellent read Andrew. Much truth and wisdom here, none of it wasted on this reader. Adds to favorites.

This feels very cosmic, almost 2001 Space Odyssey - I like it a lot. I don't get the question at the end, how it relates, although the question certainly provokes thought. Nice piece.

Andrew, CONGRATULATIONS ON POTD! I agree with Kristina, it does have a Space Odyssey feeling about it. Strange and eerie, but completely forthright in its message.
