This is beautiful, and takes me to places I've visited many times in this life's thinking. It reminds me of one relationship in particular, one that I fully believe I will encounter again in another life. (Infact, at the end of my poem "Life is fragile", I make a reference to that very thing) |

| Posted by Rula Shin on 06/23/04 at 06:20 PM This is very a beautiful piece Michele, truly, "remembering truth be told life is but a feeling" - I love this line for I have never heard 'life' described in such a way...as a 'feeling'...but most certainly it must be!! How clever. But most of all I love the sweet and tender ending, the depth of feeling and the playfulness together combined makes this poem sing with a truth...a definition of love that cannot be defined in words, and yet here you have come so close...for Ashok is right, what more of a tribute can one give to a love than to ask for just "one more life to spend with you playing tag with me" - this poem of yours is so meaningful on all levels physical, mental and spiritual it seems to me...GORGEOUS!! :-)
