Posted by Max Bouillet on 08/03/03 at 06:50 PM Your imagery is magical and spiritual to me. I was once a sailor and the scenes really made me long for the sea once more. Wonderfully written. |

Posted by Philip F De Pinto on 10/04/03 at 01:17 PM the sea and the sand and the wrecks and treasures twixt the two, and of these provisional ingredients you have made a delightful poet stew. |
Posted by Glenn Currier on 08/15/05 at 03:53 AM What I love is the fact that a poet was there to transform the flotssm and make it a feast for me. Great idea and wonderfully painted. |
Posted by Kathleen Wilson on 12/25/06 at 04:44 AM oh my I am glad I found this piece of "driftwould"...magical word maker. I sure know what you are talking about here. I used to walk on the beach every day and find "treasures".
I posed them, photographed them and wrote poems to them...my "creatures"...we have a lot in common JD. And you have a beautiful sense of poetry-- the poem strewn in waves on the page mirrors your topic too. |
