kiss away

was all she heard
through the shattered glass galore
"kiss away
i have no use
for a pitiful worthless whore"
~run away~
was what she did
footsteps echoing though the night
~run away
from this abyss
filled with terror and with fright~
(find a way)
whispered her soul
deep within her heart
(FIND A WAY
she stood up proud
ready for a new start)
but REMEMBER the day
(she can't forget)
that liberation took place
REMEMBER the day
lest she forget
