All hail chief kitty cat! You have captured magnificently the self-important magic vibe that cats can exhibit in this excellent haiku.

As a lover off all things feline, really liked this poetic snapshot.

I hope this surveyor cat leaves some realm for the rest of us cats and kittens. Haiku to you, Alex.

Great observation... we have many a cat in our home and three of them are pitch black and though we have no gabled roof for them to perch... they sit on our outer wall in perfect silhouette. Great poem.

Ah, how you capture the majesty of a cat and honor it, as its humble subject, with this poemgift. Somehow cats are perfect subjects for haikus, don't you think? Their simplicity and union with their earthmother... Lovely, Alex.

Love the image of this one - the kingly lords that they can seem to be at times. Wonderful!

yes, 'tis oft the shadows issuing such cats and kittens, heralds their inner designs to put upon the gables.
