Breath

by Max Bouillet

wet breath
warm and desperate
smell of musk and wine

the lusty lingering
of wind-kissed whispers
lick my ears

as tripping lips
stumble drunk
down my neck,
my chest

soon i am swallowed
and all that is left
is the echo of
my soul
quivering
in cold flesh.

Sensual and intoxicating words. Rich images, sharp in their blurriness (if that makes any sense). Very evocative.
