MOON BRIDGED (Romantic)

by Vimal Rony

Love,
You are so far away
Yet
Like the moon
I haven't touched
you touch me and
fill up my soul
every day.

Within your body
sculpted by the perfectionst
I see the the luminiscence
of your divine soul
brightening up
our love.

And soon
when we come together

Our romantic expeditions
will expose the blushing
red moon hiding
behind the clouds

And
we will need no words
yet our bodies in sync
and souls in unison
will create the music of love
In a language more meaningful
than words spoken

Until then let me be your moon
And you mine
shining on our mutual love
invisibly yet visibly
touching each other
everyday,where it
matters the most;
Our hearts and souls

I've always loved the idea of, although far apart, sharing the same sky... this is a gentle moon-song to your beloved...

The love expressed here is a yearning to kiss the moon and enter its mysterious light. Lovely poem.

such words to sate and soothe the thirsty souls in which to lave and wade for an eternity.

Wow! Really like the idea of being each other's moon. I see I'm not the only romantic here. Good one Vimal!

You are the sweetest man, when your love is in another country and you still feel such romantic and passionate feelings for her. I love your writing, all of it...it is so nice to read about real true and inspiring love.

I love moon poems, especially when they involve soulmates. Good stuff, Vimal. Peace...

revisiting this piece and finding it as fresh and luminant as the first, Vimal.

Very romantic. Expression of devotion and selfcontrol. Very good message for abstinence in an intimate unmarried relationship implied (that is unusual but GREAT!)

Hi Vimal, Very good, beautiful. Is your love in the war? There's lots of praying for our troops to come home safely. I also agree with Quentin Clingerman. Jean

Very beautiful and touching expression of a deep felt love. Anyone who has ever felt such as this would envy the way you have expressed it.

Lovers clothed in the clouds and passion under the night sky. Beautifully written with a wonderful use of words.
