To The One Infected By A Virus

something terrible will happen to you
I know not what or when
but it will
and when it does
I will both grieve and celebrate
for as much as God
is compassionate, loving
so too is he resolute
as written in the Bible
“revenge is mine”
so keep sending those e-mails
with attachments
infected by viruses
continue to hide
behind your anonymity
computer bugs
who or where you are
does not matter
well understood
these are wicked times
rest assured
it won’t be long before
you’re given something
to really think about
loss of opportunity, job
a friend or loved one
and when it happens
think back to those
you’ve purposely tried to harm
cause in the end
the only person hurting
will be you

it should inconvenience them. What curious creatures we are. Good one, Chris. Unfortunately more than just the inconsiderate will be hurt by this virus. Lots to think about here, Chris. |
