Author's Note: I am by no means suggesting that the remaining names on the list be assassinated, simply removed from power. As per Laura's comment, yes, the proverbial elephant in the room...easier said than done, with the ones who would replace them possibly even worse. As the saying goes, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
Six to go? I wish. As sobering is a consideration of who/what (in some instances) would replace them.
I also wonder how those presiding over one-party states are likely to be otherwise removed.
It may be just a list, but it paints a thousand controversies :]
