Empty your mind, idiot.

by Johnny Crimson

What to do
when called upon?

For is this all
just growing moss?
To pull and pick
and mire at,
surely we've all
grown tired of that?

How about we pull
our heads from thought
and concentrate on nothing
until thoughts dissolve?

I guarantee that much
will come to pass
as thoughts are just thoughts
and I aspire to be

entirely

THOUGHTLESS.

Well put Johnny. Easier said than done sometimes.

It is a notion devoutly to be wished, that thoughts should desire expire, to abide everlastingly in thoughtlessness, And still considerable armies of thought were drafted for to march off to war so as to garner victories so as to gather the spoils necessary to compose this very thoughtful ode. You can't win. Not really. I think, concerning thoughts, ultimately it boils down tho who or what is thinking them.
