threedom

by Laura Doom

justice
just ice
without a break

a butterfly
flaps its wings
under water

impunity

with freedom

been too long since I've seen your name emblazoned across the newly posted log. Got me going at Justice Just Ice, and the second threesome gave the appropriate chill alluded to in the first - and the third brought it all close to home.

I like how all three stanzas are different from one another and relate in their own way to the title.

S1 is my favorite - love the visual effect of that. Still wringing my hands here, but it's helpful to know others can relate.
