Easter by Quentin S ClingermanEaster will soon again be here
With the usual seasonal fare
Thank God a greater event took place
Giving us a view of God's grace
Mankind with the disease of sin
Headed for a lost eternity
Turning to all sorts of distractions
A latent fear of death
God in Christ gives Eternal Hope
Blood flowing on an undeserved Cross
Medicine for man's disease
A certain cure for all who repent and believe.

re: Turning to all sorts of distractions
A latent fear of death
AND, these distractions blind them from seeing the truth.
