If Columbus Had A GPS by Philip F De Pinto
If Columbus had a GPS
The Indians in India
Would all be living on reservations
Having to contend with countless
Broken treaties and hearts
And the American Indians
Would not be Indians at all
But just plain Utes and other such indigenous tribes
And they'd all be roaming as buffalo
Playing as deer and antelopes
And seldom a discouraging word
Would be heard
And the skies would not
Be cloudy all day

Posted by Quentin S Clingerman on 10/10/14 at 03:44 PM Do you think? A fresh look at Columbus. Hmmm does GPS work in the open sea? I guess so if it can read a satellite. Go straight for 400 miles, turn left at the next 20 foot wave! lol |

Posted by George Hoerner on 10/10/14 at 09:34 PM Just think about who would have discovered this country. Maybe some middle eastern group or even far eastern. It might be called Turkeytrot or Irannam. Keep us laughing Philip. |
