dotted by Kristina Woodhillspring beginnings, so I gather my p&q's
telling them it's their turn
to watch the others
share the spotlight,
today with dotted i's,
pulling “i's” perfect spheres
off balance,
giving them permission
to feel the semi-colon's variation on the period,
experience an idea seductively trailing away,
help mark the question
that excites the thought of no ending

| Posted by Chris Sorrenti on 04/06/13 at 07:43 PM Very nice. I like this just the way it is, but tweak away. Witty expression of punctuation. I took easily to the sciece as a kid, and glad I did. Thanks for the well punctuated reminder. :) |
| Posted by George Hoerner on 04/06/13 at 10:14 PM Unlike Chris, my english grammar never was nor ever will be decent let alone good. That is why I continue to spit out words so of which either need explaining or never will be. But this is good! I like it and if I ever find my old grade school grammar book I might even try to understand it. ha ha. |
