my pool's memories by Charlie Morganthe day is already gloomy and i've done
nothing; it's as it should be, eh? C.S.
i'll open the front door and watch
the world crumble. fast or slow?
depends on your cooridinates;
my pool seems happy. but he's
remembering the girls this summer;
the same ones i do. skimpy,tight
and small suits.
i grin; because what can a pool do?
inert water and all; the pool envies me;
i envy his sticky-ness to cling to bodies
of those fair maidens, lithe and spritely
so long hence. 12/19/2012 Posted on 12/19/2012 Copyright © 2026 Charlie Morgan
