will you be mine

by Mercy Margaret

If there is any meter to
measure the happiness
let me know
I want to measure
how it is decorated my heart
beautifully
by kissing on its forehead

If there is a scale
to rate and see
the pressure of my heart
when Joy is filled
then let me know
I want to measure
how it is making my world and
enlightening my heart

If there is a machine
to weigh my love
let me know
I want to measure
the thickness and
the feeling of hug
which is abiding me with
the fragrance of your aroma

I know it is not possible
and love is not measurable
but yes want to know
how I can be your
bounded servant of your love
to be yours forever ..
let me know
will you be mine forever
If I wait for you
without counting years
I believe you are mine and
I am yours ♥♥

As an incurable romantic, I really enjoyed your poem. Especially like how the poem closes in those last four lines.
