Clair de Lune

by Kevin Fehlen

Speak.
Softly.

Look.
Carefully.

Breath.
Deeply.

For a sun rises o'er a hill,
And a fog is lifted from the river's swell.

Notice the laughter between your teeth,
And touch the dream with your finger tips.

There is an incomprehensible universe all around,
So feel the dirt between your toes and run through the rain.

Stop.
(heart beat)

Run.
(taste the air)

The texture of life is soft.

Fall into the flow.

Live.

Where you said "Fall into the flow", my brain initially read "Fall into the Now." I had to read this again, to REALLY hear what I thought you were saying, which, to me, was "dwell in these simplicities and enjoy". Thank you. Just what my heart has been telling my ear too listen for.

Beautiful Keven, reminds me much of what my dad said when he learned he was dying of cancer..he said a glass of ice water never tasted so good. How we forget to stop and truly live until we realize time is not unending here! Brilliant work!
