Nothing, no barriers or chains or trip-of-fate - could keep me from logging in today to salute this, Jim.

And just what does it mean to be a 'real American'...is there some part of my person, tangibly, obviously, obnoxiously screaming the state of my birth, the nature of my personal politics, the level of my acceptance of gender roles, the depth of my drives and the perversity of my personal predilections...does any of that make me any the more real than anyone else...because if we're being honest, I'm made real only by my ID card, my tax bracket, my level of education completed, my credit score, my bank balance, my debts and the number of people I could convince to write a letter of recommendation for me. And that being the case, I think I'd just prefer to be known as an 'Accidental American.'

I guess you'll have some idea how I feel about this one, so I'll just add it to my f list and hope for the improbable.

Jim, thanks for this. This is the first Wiki-poem I have seen. Having all the references right there is fantastic. It throws light into the darkness. It is a history lesson. Thanks a bunch, man.

Jeez, I had not read this one. I have to salute Wiki for getting it out there. The Conservative pedia was pretty scary.
