Dr.

by George Hoerner

the blood unsure of how
it will flow today
not sure it
wants to

maybe it will
just drip instead
but you will
know anyway

i sit waiting
for your scrutiny
i wonder will
it make a difference

you are thorough
so will you
find my secrets

i will wait
for your judgment
your decision

but the blood
must flow
first

there is only one thing the doc likes more than seeing your blood flowing George, and that is the cash flowing from your pocket into his at the end of the diagnosis. George this poem flows better than blood ever could or cash.

Having been in contact with entirely too many doctors lately, all of whom have made the blood flow from me, but even more from my beloved wife, I relate to the topic. How I depend on their judgment and hope it is good... discovering judging their judgment is sometimes a hapless undertaking. Blessings, my friend.
