O Happy Fault

by Glenn Currier

I laugh at me
and my errors
rejoice in the proof
that I am not God.

I was beginning to wonder if you had vanished completely, Glenn! Glad to have you back and writing!

It is something of a thankless gig when you think about it -I think your method of self-acceptance is far more rewarding in the end -lovely snippet you've made here Glenn!

Better to be the first to laugh than the one pointing it out later, nice write. smh

Isn't it wonderful to laugh with God at ourselves and the mess we make out of things? And still be unconditionally loved... I was wondering if you'd fallen off the planet at the last turn too! Glad to see you back and writing.

Ha! Nice to see your face again, Glenn, and hear your laughter. Good one.

An underscored reminder that we remain human even when redeemed. Never will we be God! Adam and Eve tried that and we are suffering the consequences. Yes, and it is a relief to know we are not responsible for the universe!! LOL!!
