100 Days

by Allison Smith

One hundred days
And ways
To show
My love
For my little man
Understand
That it was Gods plan
The sun fades too quickly
Trees sway
Leaves fall
And then the snow comes

One hundred days
I grow you
I grow in you
And you in me
Set me free
Free as time
As air
As any place
Other than here

Let me climb to you
Reach to wherever you are
Even afar
I love you
More than time
More than space

You hold my dreams

As I read this and saw the lovedust sprinkled throughout, I thought of that precious little man and the heart of the poetmom beating, healing, honoring us and allowing us to have a peak into a beautiful soul. Thank you, my dear.
