Silk

by Alison McKenzie

Silk saturates pores;
Olfactory senses delight on the in,
Content on the out;
The sensuous touch
Of a lover’s dance.

The ripples of taut desire
Teased, caressed,
Coaxed to passion’s release
Velvet glaze
Seals delicate flesh,
Indulgent swig
Of ecstasy’s elixir.

ok- this piece is awesome. I love how you blended the physical and metaphysical into one. I also like how direct this is. It's straight and powerful. I'm so glad that I'm the first one in line to comment on it- and I guess I'm also to first one to blush. Thanks for sharing Alison :)

Lovely eroticism....a rarity on this site, unfortunately.

Wow, how you capture the feeling so beautifully: "Velvet glaze /Seals delicate flesh" This piece makes me glad I am a here and can waltz with impunity into your library.

Subtle but definitely orgasmic Alison in word choices, construction, and resulting message. :o)
