halfway to chaturanga

by Mary Frances Spencer

no collapse
belly draws in
tail under
i look forward
elbows against ribs
body is one line
above the floor
not down yet
exhaling somewhere
in between
heaven earth
life hovers
moves through the down and up
dog years
unfolds resistance
hovers
gracefully
into the beyond

You definitely seem to be tapping into a very unique sort of energy. This has such a great attention to form.
