Strange Fruit

by Dave Fitzgerald

I found in my garden the strangest of bloom,
Its ugly face so full of gloom.
Sad and unsure of its purpose in life,
Was it for vase or fork and knife?
It got more upset with each passing hour...
For it was a Melon-Cauliflower!

LOL! Great combination Dave of suspense and humour. Thanks for brightening my Friday morning!
