Phoenixx, "let's have Poison" by Steven KenworthyOUCH.
the lighthouse has spotted your plastercast
in the daily sand
miles away
two hips
a reputation too far from
Cosmopolitan or "this or that" Health
harpsichord,
play a sad self-esteem song
strong & ill
the IV brickhouse
in ignorance's bliss will not work on its delicate walls
down-falls
from here a comet sees your cosmic weakness
saturated
in taking days off your life
in perfection they'll say
she has a ways to go
in this country & on Bay st.
metropolitan star
obsessed with inches has issues
hardwork thegym asitup
lifebalance
findit
excuses here tasting like the devil,
classtime
an education to learn to hate them
disciplined disciple
watch your portions taste your proportions
i hope you like fruit
pear shapes
apples and oranges we're all different
b
u
t
say no for once
&
tell me your creation is better than mine
your statue should not resemble exactly the city's model
yet
in the chapel
these conversations count
a contractor
eats well a blueprint for you
pretty interior paints
upon careless minutes consumed
you're literally
TAKING your time
owning
a watch
with a face
shaped like who you don't want to be

an education to learn to hate them" - so true, every habit/thought/mindset is an "education" and if we are to change our "face" into who we "want to become" we must first UNLEARN/UNDO the chains created in our past, unliving the moment, killing our presence and our LIFE. That's how I felt. Brilliant, high marks. |
Posted by Ashok Sharda on 06/03/06 at 04:07 AM Well, what we become is the doings of the happening, we constantly watch, if we really watch. And what we want to BECOME remains a dream, we depict in words as and when we remember to remember. But, yes, its a realization and a battle for them who is prepared to fight within. |
