of opening your front door
and shouting to strangers passing by

Funny and scary at the same time.

tantalizing, and opens the door to the reader wanting more on this, I feel. Yes, be careful what you mess with.

Such truth. Thought it was a game before, tried it... and the result: we had to consult a priest to get rid of the after effects of what started as just a game. I assure you, just the thought of it still freaks me out...My front door has more than one safety lock since then.

Hahaha yes, I had my fare share of fun with the Warner Bros version and a wooden one of my own making as a teenager. Well, in my opinion it's more like the equivalent of opening the back door of your subconscious mind and whispering, "hey, let's create the belief that we're shouting to strangers passing by 'come on in!' and then the belief that they are" - Well, I'm feeling nostalgic. I like your humorous approach :-)

Yes, its getting connected to subconscious, by befooling the conscious.Subconscious doesn't argue. It accepts, the name it is given and the suggestions if its not against the suggestions already registered deep.
