A Tigerama

by Charles E Minshall

There's a tiger in our bedroom
Beneath the covers of our bed,
Last night I heard it purring
And it wasn't in my head.

My wife jumped up screaming,
And ran quickly down the stairs,
When I told her to watch out
Tigers often run in pairs.

Chuckling! If you are feeling really mean, you could change the word when to then, in the penultimate line?

LOL! Oh the implications in this one. Did your wife see this or just inspire it?
