HUGS

by Charles E Minshall

Hugs are nose to nose
And toes to toes,
And places in between
But I'll not tell you what they are
Gotta keep my poetry clean.

Second Version

Hugs are nose to nose
And toes to toes,
And places in between.
They're chest to chest
And all the rest,
Warm hugs are all a dream.

Both versions are warm wonderful and a tad bit cheeky. ;) Is anger butt to butt (or is that just dancing in the 70's)?

Hey, man, you look like you speak from experience. Good light-hearted look at one of the best things humans do.

Charlie, I love both of these! You are such a sweetie! Your poetry keeps a smile on my face and the blues at bay.
