Posted by Ginette T Belle on 10/21/04 at 05:06 PM my dear lord this is just a beautiful poem...that third stanza is so wonderfully put together and the whole piece flows perfectly... |
Posted by Mahassine Mir on 10/22/04 at 09:35 AM This one images two poems experience things is really great. I used to do it in poetry workshop. But you went from such a strange drawing and dealt with it with such talent that the result is really breathtaking. |

Posted by Max Bouillet on 10/23/04 at 01:07 AM Your perception is all inspiring. Your words are vibrant and full of life. Sketching the world with words is an ambitious undertaking. :) |
Posted by Graeme Fielden on 10/23/04 at 01:22 PM a word to describe this Ashok....inspiring ;) |

Posted by Chris Sorrenti on 10/24/04 at 12:42 PM Beautiful expression of new love. Quite the drawing to accompany it as well, even though you noted it came first. |
Posted by Rula Shin on 10/25/04 at 05:36 PM You have commented on mine saying that you know and have always known it to be the more poetic of our two expressions of this lovely drawing of yours...I smiled at this notion of your poem being 'unpoetic' - then I laughed a bit...for I find myself searching for words here as well, but like you I could find none that were JUST RIGHT. The closest I can come to acknowledging the power of this spiritual and metaphysical expression is that it radiates an ocean of meaning and beauty, it is a pulse beating beyond the page, beyond this world - and inside this world within this world the poet is ever living...ever present, "The evolutionary tree has started growing Responding to our suns levitational pull" - may it never stop growing Ashok as you yourself STOP. May the driving force live on eternally my friend, and I too wish you immense beauty and happiness...

Posted by Jean Mollett on 09/24/06 at 05:54 AM Hi Ashok,
It's lovely. Great work. The drawing is different and unusall. Who did it? It goes good with the poem. |
