Decoding myself
to get to
the core of being
Fearing the discovery
of a self-destructive message

Sometimes I loathe the decoding. Ack. You are not alone in your fear of discovering this within one's self.

I think you would find that that message instructs you to live, live, live. ora, non domani.

Short and to the point, i really liked this one. Some people avoid decoding because they are afraid of what they might discover. I like this poem because it is brave.

Our internal scripts are often written in code. Sometimes, like you say, decipherment can be so painful. Great read.

Excellent, Anne. Please keep decoding and you just might find the self-destructive message is just another superficial layer hiding the real you.

Wow, what an apt metaphor for our attempts to plumb the depths of our psyches. Thanks for this, Anne.
