A Cornucopia of flowers

by Maureen Glaude

up and down the Parkdale Market
flats and hanging baskets
double petunias, sweet william,
impatiens, potpourri of colours -
decisions

LOL! Kinda reminds me of when I have to buy Carpet Fresh for my rugs. Hard to decide which scent is best. A vividly colourful poem; nice reminder of when Cindy would stop at the same market to buy fresh vegetables after picking her up at Tunney's.

so what did you decide Maureen upon that walk along the Parkdale? and yet I know somehow you made the expressive choice, given your aesthetic.

There is a sweet memory that you have brought to me with this poem Mo.... for that and the beauty it contains all on it's own... Thank You...
