Rainwoman

by Glenn Currier

She circled us facing each other
no tables to protect our first-moment question marks
no back row in which to hide.

Her soft winged migration
from the northwest
brought her here
to light in our circle.

No sharp can opener,
she flew her invitation
into this corral
of mustangs, paints, and palominos.

This rainwoman,
seeding pregnant clouds
gathered from Texas plains, hills, and lowlands,
we… bridges
over stormy gulfs
and angry chasms
rain our souls
from beams of inner child-wisdom
awakened now and opened
like birth day gifts,
shiny colorful wrappings
strewn in the circles of our sharing.

Here we are
arrived at our beginnings
grateful that she trained
her northern light
magnifying ours.

'This rainwoman, seeding pregnant clouds gathered from Texas plains, hills, and lowlands,'She causes the effect 'rain our souls from beams of inner child-wisdom awakened now and opened like birth day gifts, the cause of this beautiful tribute, this beautiful piece.'

This magnification carries with it, great energy to lift all the senses and reveals the true nature of self through a metaphoric rain. A memorable individual and experience for sure. Thanks for sharing, Glenn. Pe4ce...

Very nice Glenn. Was wondering what exactly this was about, then say your Author's Note. Worthy tribute!
