Nice thoughtful words.

Posted by Rula Shin on 01/19/04 at 09:23 PM Face to Face we're shocked by our own intentions. Very wise. Stated so simply, yet leaves you with a BANG! I love your style Ashok, you are a thought provoking poet |
Posted by Ben Evans on 04/15/06 at 01:47 AM This is a great poem. I'd have maybe described the feeling of hands stifling a mouth but the way in which you've described this works well. Perhaps, "I am struck dumb/ by my hands". Still, I suppose it is better in some situations to hold your tongue. I look forward to reading more of your poetry. |
