Moth Haiku

by Glenn Currier

The moth has wings of orange,
spots of black and white.
Tao-moth: darkness and light.

Author's Note: Dedicated to Kate Reynolds who has holy wings. [I know you aren't supposed to rhyme haikus, but this is the way it came to me. Forgive me, great haikugod, for my offense.]

*big smiling hug*.... rhyme or no.. I love it! I truly wish I had the wings you credit me with.... You my friend have given me a smile, and a beautiful glow inside... Thank You! (personaly, I love the flow of this.. the rhyme indeed fits)

'Tao-moth: darkness and light'..the reconciling force, where the active and passive forces meet together to metamorphose into something new. Kate by her essence is a reconciling force rather than the passive as she is externally. And to hell with the Haiku Gods.

Didn't you know Glenn...rules were meant to be broken, or as the British SAS say in their moto, "who dares, wins." :o)
