Ode to the Madman by Adrian CalhounProbably the quiet guy,
the one you HAD to watch,
that's how I picture him.
Throwing stink bombs in the hall,
pulling all the girls pony-tails,
or snapping their bra straps.
Most likely the guy who pulled the chair
out from under you.
Had I known him back then,
we could of had a lot of fun together.
These days he is just livin life,
keeping it real,
and telling it like it is.
You may not like him,
understand him, or know him,
but you have to respect his honesty.
He's rearranging the words
in his own unique style.
Searching for his answers
and running ever wild under big skies.
We all need a little "madness" in our lives,
he is the perfect balance. 09/15/2003 Author's Note: to M.D. thanks for bein a pal
