Reason #1, why I must remain single

by Tim J Bono

I'm falling in love
With my imaginary friend.

She is in my head.

I am breathing in
Her scent

A candy air

She likes my music
And does those things

That only girls can do.

But I make them up.
One by one.

We are one.

If I had an affair
I would be a very bad man
You are real.
She would not understand.

this one speaks volumes of truth, you know.. just the other week, I was speaking with a male friend and he told me the reason he is alone is because no woman on the face of this earth could ever be as perfect as the one inside his imagination... when I heard that, I thought,... sure, likely story... and then today, I see your poem... hmmm...lol.. talk about confirmation!..lol.. I enjoyed it.. aloha..;-0

I love this. But I think I'm partial because you live in Oregon, too. Heheh.
