internal windows

by Betania Tesch

How long have these horizons been coming
with such fearful meetings of land and sky
that the trembling is visible to the naked eye
How long has the future been now
and its possibilities undone in phantasmal lucid dreams
as the present melted from the backdrop at my will

Somewhere between blink and see
Somewhere between inhale and exhale
there came this unexpected, unplanned, unnamed
circumstance made into awareness
through soft tapping on my internal windows
blending with the rain but present
there came this unwanted, unmanageable, unknown
fear made into desire
with an intense terror so lascivious
pouring from my eyelids.

This was not planned.
This is not wanted.
This is.

this is beautiful, has a zen still realization quality to it, as well as richly imaginative internal metaphoric views.

Somewhere in the space of time, 'there came this unexpected, unplanned, unnamed' WHAT IS. Unplanned because plans are made based on known and stored data's. Unexpected because this defied the law, though accidentally, but definitely not the effect of the law of accident, where two forces meet in the third in order for any thing to happen, and unnamed because unknown doesn't have a language. Known is always known and expressed in a known language. Unknown appears from the unknown in a state of languagelessness in the realm of amness. Beautiful Bethany. Lets the lights switch on. Its remote controlled by the thoughtlessness. All the best dear.

Your poem breathes into the interstices where reality lies in wait for our awareness. Beatiful, Bethany.
