Baby DMZ (a sonnet) by Gavin M RoyParent, baby, parent
Its a baby DMZ
Maybe to you its not apparent
But its the only way to sleep
She patrols the inside
So she can make sure
That its not our backside
Which were offering to her
Shell be Kicking and prodding
With little baby feet and arms
So she can snuggle up to a body
Quietly with her little baby charms
If she doesnt get her way
And cant come between us
Shell wake us right away
And make sure she's still boss
So the bed is now balanced with baby in the middle
But were anxious to have it back, if not a lot, then just a little.

Posted by Ashok Sharda on 01/26/03 at 09:00 AM Yes, thats baby DMZone. In many ways. From so many angles. This poem is the out come of the effect of the impressions, the baby DMZone seems to have caused. |
