dead mannequin sale at the gap

by Andrew S Adams

decapitate the mannequins
body hallucinations
distorted images of self
shop windows are stages for executions.
put the axe in the backs
logs chopped down built up as overstuffed dolls
naked polyester stripped down to threads
unraveled to stuffing, chop off their heads.

Dirty love-
shapeformed wireframe rape.
tap the core
(sub)urban retail store
strange happenings at the gap
i hear stripes are in season.
defy my fashon logic and reason.
I'll show you where it stars, and where it ends:
the crumbling of the mannequins.
