RESPECT

by Cathlyn Cartier

I.

Raising my hand,
Every time,
So I may speak.
Please and Thank You
Even help.
Can you
Think of more?

II.

Running in the halls,
Even if you're late, is not
Showing respect.
People should be friendly to
Everyone they meet..
Consideration is the key
To RESPECT

Author's Note: These were written, on the "spur of the moment" as examples of Acrostics when teaching my 5th and 6th grade students about Acrostic forms and proper school behavior.
