Red Boots Diary - Latest Entry by Anne EngelenThursday, November 21st 2002
And so we ended up in another womans dream.
Lingering of the past, of everything what has been:
Once upon a time
There was a little girl
Her favourite colour was red
Little Red Riding Hood is what everybody said
Time to her had been kind
Her beauty was extra-ordinary shining
So unique, almost blinding
She wanted to shed this reputation of being naive
Not being the same kid who once the wolf believed
One day she gathered all her little red hoods
and changed them for this pair of red suede boots
Thats how we ended up in this fairy tale world
And changed the destiny of once a little girl
From that day on she ran through the woods
Dancing like a nymph
In us, her new red boots
No longer she could controll her feet
No, we just took the lead
We led her into huntersarms
where she then used all her charms
If youve wondered about her name
One part of it has always stayed the same
Again she got a rep
But no longer naive
Oh no!! Thats not whats been said
Miss Little Red Riding Boots
Is what shes been called then
Running through the woods
And riding m.... mmm
