Hippity Hop

It’s only human nature
to put things off
till absolutely necessary
No popping of ball joint
at least not yet
though aches off and on
sometimes
the entire right side
on any given day
Pain
still manageable
for now
a heating pad
the new companion
Makes it easier to drift off
not worry about
yet another operation
