And so now you know the rest of my story
Destiny fulfilling itself
firmly planted in emotional surroundings
empirical osmosis
geometric explosions

Or at least that’s the way it used to be

And can this same story not be told of anyone?
with slight variations in the score

No brothers and sisters
the main show now is spiritual evolution
so that words of the written variety
are no longer always necessary

Having their roots in reality
though few like their creator stay grounded
flown away to alien skies
where only thoughts
in the mind’s eye spoken
