now that the problem
has been solved
cat is out of the bag

My apology one and all
to anyone inconvenienced
by my undiagnosed condition
though I knew there was something wrong
all my life
blaming everyone else
when all along it was me

Shall I stop writing?
apparently not
as it’s the only thing that’s kept me sane
after all these years
since having learned how to
deal with my madness
without chemical crutches
