One more poem
to fill the monthly quota
is that what it’s all about?
yes and no

One more entry
into the logbook of this life
while chaos and mayhem
internal and international abound
don’t even have time for my ADHD
anymore

Oh look! there it is
the dragon in my chest
I spoke of earlier
is in fact only a reflection
of the world around me

My only consolation
I am not alone in my suffering
as we all contemplate
what a strange way it is
to have to go on
