Clouds lifting

by Manas Moksha

Clouds lifting
clarity slowly crawls up hidden branches
pausing

Energy moving
trees undress and waver in anticipation
breathing

wings flapping
a moment of stillness dilates and soothes
sighing

heaviness resonates
pain and distress are never far away
beating

slow breathing
our only comfort and reminder of this
awe

Lovely piece, like your verb selection, and really enjoyed just reading the last word of each stanza as they descend as they seem to express the essence.
