Whether
on the 8th or the 18th
no matter the day
month or year
on the inside
in the outside
and across the internet
it spreads
in its various guises
an invisible energy
palpable just the same
and though at first
like this poem
it may not seem
very much
under the right conditions
it can do nothing
but grow
