After almost a year
my own prognosis is
although the knee will
never be as good as
when I was younger
it’s still better than
before the operation

As with much in life
there’s always a trade-off
we give to get
in so many ways
not a bad exchange
after years of cycling
joint wear and tear

The only problem being
I have more than one knee
