Not my first one
five in fact
including my own mom
lady friends who with
I formed a strong spiritual bond
some succumbed
others lived for long periods of time
until...

As the saying goes
we all have our crosses to bear
and mine has been relatively light
so far
allowing me to support fully
those mentioned above

The latest
almost a carbon copy of the last
single mastectomy
chemo to follow
then free hopefully for
a few years

While here I am again

The Lord works in mysterious
and not so mysterious ways
